dispute resolution
For dispute resolution, I operate on a performance basis. My fee is a one off payment of 30% of the savings identified for the first year.
Once I’ve mapped out a clear path to resolution, I’ll present the plan for your approval before taking any action. From there, I manage the negotiations and keep you updated on every milestone. You only pay once the results are visible; either through a signed contract amendment or a direct adjustment on your energy invoice. Because these cases are often unique, some resolutions can take several months to finalise, but I remain your advocate until the process is complete.
